How to submit
Upload Files:Please upload a plain text file of numerical gene expression values with rowname as gene identifier and colname as sample ID. For this version, transcriptomic data (RNA-seq or microarray) and gene name (Official Symbol or Entrez ID) are supported. Ensembl ID will be supported in next version. Example of data format:
